Wow, sorry it's been a while since my last post... I took pictures for this and then got sidetracked and totally forgot to write a new post!
Swatch shows three coats of SUPER BLACK Lacquers in Plip with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat. Plip is a turquoise creme with black hex glitters that reminds me of a speckled robin's egg. Since Spring has officially sprung, I thought this color would be quite appropriate for a NOTD right about now! I did have to "dab" it a bit to place the larger glitters, but overall I would say the formula was nice.
